Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service
This is a personal, self-hosted utility ("the Service") operated by Mart Rang (Estonia) that imports the operator's own bank-account transactions from Enable Banking into the operator's own self-hosted Actual Budget instance.
The Service is for the operator's personal use only. It is not offered, made available, sold or licensed to any third party. There is no public sign-up. No account is created for anyone other than the operator.
2. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. The operator makes no guarantees that transactions will be imported correctly, completely, or in a timely manner.
3. No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to: incorrect, missing or duplicated transactions; financial decisions based on the Service's output; loss of data; or interruption of service.
The operator is solely responsible for verifying the correctness of any data the Service produces. The Service is a convenience tool and is not a substitute for the operator's own bank statements or accounting records.
4. Acceptable use
The Service may only be used by the operator. Anyone else encountering it is not authorised to use, probe, or interact with it beyond viewing this page and the Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party services
The Service makes use of:
- Enable Banking — for PSD2 account information access. Subject to Enable Banking's own terms.
- Actual Budget (self-hosted by the operator) — for storing the imported transactions.
- The operator's bank — under PSD2-compliant consent granted by the operator.
The operator has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the availability or correctness of these third-party services.
6. Changes
The operator may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time. Continued personal use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
